Ingredients
3 large tomatoes, halved
fine sea salt
1 cup parsley
1 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp capers, chopped
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tbsp seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Remove as many of the seeds as you can from tomato halves.
Place tomatoes into a baking pan and season with salt.
Combine parsley, capers, oregano, and garlic and sprinkle over tomatoes.
Top with bread crumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until soft and golden brown.
Serve.
