Ingredients

2 cups blueberries

1 1/4 cups mil

3 eggs

1 cup flour

2/3 cup sugar

1 tbsp vanilla

1/8 tsp salt

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a stand mixer bowl, combine the milk, 1/3 cup of the sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, and flour.

Mix until ingredients are smooth and foamy.

Grease an 8×8 baking dish with butter and pour 1/4 of the batter into dish.

Bake for 5 minutes or until top is set.

Remove from oven and spread blueberries on top and then sprinkle with remaining sugar.

Pour remaining batter on top of the blueberries and smooth until even.

Bake for 50 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve warm.
