Ingredients
1 tbsp of chopped basil, parsley, and garlic
1 tsp of dried thyme, oregano, and black pepper
1/2 tsp of kosher salt and chopped rosemary
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes or pepperoncini
1/2 tsp olive oil
Method
Combine all of the dry ingredients and make sure they are all chopped to about the same size. You can use a food processor if you have one but don’t grind them to a fine powder.
Stir in the olive oil.
Plating: Combine 2 teaspoons of the spices with 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil on a small plate and serve.
Store leftover spice mixture in fridge.
