Ingredients

8 slices baguette

8 slices prosciutto

8 slices mozzarella

8 basil leaves

1 clove garlic

olive oil

Method

Preheat your broiler.

Brush top of each slice of bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

Broil until just golden, about 2 minutes.

Remove from oven and after cooling, rub top of each slice with the garlic .

Top each slice with 1 slice of mozzarella and prosciutto and return to the oven.

Broil until the cheese is just melted.

Remove from the oven, top with basil, and serve.
