Ingredients
15 slices of baguette
1 cup ricotta
15 slices prosciutto
1 garlic clove
12 arugula leaves
olive oil
balsamic glaze
Method
Preheat your broiler.
Brush top of each slice of bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
Broil until just golden, about 2 minutes.
Remove from the oven and after cooling, rub top of each slice with the garlic.
Spread a tablespoon or so of ricotta on top of each slice of bread.
Top each slice of bread with 1 slice of arugula and then 1 slice of prosciutto.
Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and serve.
