Ingredients
1 lb ziti
1 lb broccoli rabe
2 cups ricotta
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 28 oz can San Marzano tomatoes, pureed
3/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
Method
In a large skillet add the tomatoes, crushed red pepper, and oregano, and bring to a simmer.
Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Cook ziti as instructed to al dente adding the broccoli rabe during last 4 minutes.
Drain pasta and broccoli rabe and return to the pasta pot.
Add the ricotta and Parmesan cheeses to the pasta and combine.
Serve in low bowls with a ladle of the tomato sauce.
