Nothing says “weekend brunch” like a savory Chicken Club Brunch Ring! This dish is sure to be a hit with the whole family. It’s a ring of bread dough stuffed with a combination of chicken, bacon, cheese, onions, and miracle whip, baked to a golden-brown perfection. The melted cheese and flavorful sauce blended with the bacon and chicken create a hearty meal that will satisfy the biggest appetites. Ingredients
1 chicken breast cooked and diced
1 cup miracle whip
2 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp red onion, diced
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar
2 8oz packages of crescent rolls
Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine miracle whip, mustard, onion, and parsley.
Combine chicken, bacon, cheese, and 1/2 of the miracle whip mixture.
Unroll crescent rolls and arrange 8 of them on a circle, on a baking stone, tips pointing out and corners touching.
Arrange other 8 slices with points facing towards middle and fat ends touching slices facing outwards.
Scoop chicken mixture onto the touching wide parts of slices.
Alternating between inside and outside tips, fold up and over chicken mixture, there will be gaps where you see the chicken mixture.
Tuck tips around outside and in the center of the ring.
Place in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Slice and serve with the remaining miracle whip mixture.
