Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour

1 cup sugar

1 cup mashed ripe banana

1/2 vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 cup sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cups walnuts (optional)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips and walnuts (if using) in a large bowl. Mix on medium speed with a hand mixer.

Add the chocolate chips and walnuts and mix until incorporated.
