Ingredients
1 lb fresh or refrigerated gnocchi
3 tbsp butter
Method
Prepare gnocchi as instructed and drain well.
In a large skillet melt the butter over medium-high heat.
Add the gnocchi and cook, stirring often, until crispy, about 8 minutes.
