Ingredients

fresh whole wings

seasonings

cooking spray

Method

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Season both sides of wings with seasonings of your choice.

Coat a large metal roasting pan with cooking spray.

Place wings in the pan flat side down so tips are up in the air. do NOT place wings on a rack or the skin will just be gooey.

Note: You can have your meat counter / butcher cut of the tips.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Flip and bake another 25 minutes.

Turn on broiler and broil 5 minutes or until skin is golden and bubbly, don’t let skin burn.

Remove from oven and serve with sauces of your choice.
