Ingredients

24 cherry tomatoes

3 oz cream cheese. softened

2 tbsp miracle whip

1/4 cup finely chopped peeled cucumber

1 tbsp finely chopped green onion

2 tsp minced fresh dill or dry dill weed

Method

Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Scoop out and discard pulp, a potato peeler works well here, and stand cut side down on paper towels to drain.

In a bowl combine the rest of the ingredients.

Fill each tomato and serve.

TIP: You can cut a very thin slice off the bottom of the tomato so the tomato will stand on it’s own unless you have a way for them to stay upright.
