Ingredients
2 1/3 cups all purpose flour or 00 flour
1 cup plain yogurt
3/4 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
Method
Mix flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until dough forms.
Cover with a towel and let rest for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into 56 to 8 pieces.
Roll out on a floured surface until very thin.
Preheat frying pan until hot.
Add the oil to the pan and fry to the each flatbread for about 1 minute, flip and fry for another 25-30 seconds. Don’t let either side burn.
Repeat with the rest of your dough. Add more oil if you need to.
