Ingredients
1 lb broccolini, trimmed
2 tsp minced garlic
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Method
Bring water and salt to a boil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Add broccolini and cook, covered, until bright green and tender.
Remove lid and and cook until water evaporates.
Add olive oil, garlic, and pepper flakes and saute for 1 minute.
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve.
