Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8oz roasted red peppers

8 slices Genoa salami

8 slices sandwich pepperoni

8 slices prosciutto

8 slices provolone cheese

bunch of rinsed and trimmed spinach

toothpicks

Method

On each tortilla lay 2 slices of each meat, 2 slices of cheese, some spinach and peppers.

Roll each tortilla up and fasten with a toothpick or if cutting into quarters, fasten each quarter with a toothpick.

Serve on a platter with spreads, pepperoncini, etc.
