Ingredients
1lb Fresh cod, about four 4oz pieces
3/4 Cup grated Parmesan
2 Cloves of minced garlic
1tbsp Lemon juice
1tsp Dried oregano
1tbsp Dried parsley
4 tbsp Butter
Method
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse fish and pat dry.
Add butter and garlic to microwave safe dish and heat until butter is melted.
Spread Parmesan, oregano, and parsley on a plate and mix until combined.
Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
Dip fish into butter mixture, dredge in the cheese
Add lemon juice to the leftover butter mixture and pour over the fish.
Bake fish for 15-20 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.
Remove from oven, and serve.
