Ingredients
1 pint raspberries, pureed and strained
1 cup limoncello
2 bottles Prosecco, chilled
Method
Add the pureed raspberries and lemoncello to a large pitcher. Add Prosecco right before serving.
If you don’t have a pitcher large enough for 2 bottles, halve the recipe and make 2 batches.
