Ingredients
16 oz refried beans
1 cup picante sauce
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup sour cream
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Transfer to a slow cooker and cook on high for hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Lower slow cooker to warm and serve with tortilla chips.
NOTE: You can also bake this in the oven in a baking dish at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
