Pappardelle with Peas and Ricotta is a delicious Italian pasta dish. It is made with wide flat noodles, peas, ricotta cheese, and a few other simple ingredients. The ricotta cheese adds a creamy texture to the dish, while the peas provide a burst of sweetness and color. The dish is typically finished off with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, giving it a slightly salty, nutty flavor. This dish can be enjoyed as a main course or as a side dish. It’s a great way to add a little Italian flair to any meal.
