Ingredients
1lb Pasta of your choice
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1 Clove of minced garlic
1 Medium red or green chili pepper, seeded and finely diced
Freshly ground pepper
1/3 Cup parsley
Method
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet on medium heat, add garlic, chili, and some pepper and saute until garlic turns golden.
Cook pasta until al dente, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, and drain.
Add parsley, 1/2 cup of pasta water to skillet, salt to taste, and remove from heat.
Add pasta, toss to coat, and serve.
