Pepperoni rolls are a classic Italian-American snack that have become a beloved part of many Americans’ diets. Made from dough, pepperoni, and cheese, if desired, these bite-sized rolls are bursting with flavor. They are often served as an appetizer or snack, but can also be enjoyed as a main dish. Serve with warm marinara.
Note: You can also make cheese-filled rolls. Cut a block of mozzarella in half lengthwise then cut into 1-inch slices.
Ingredients
1 bag Rhodes frozen rolls
1/2 lb sliced pepperoni
Italian seasoning
grated parmesan cheese
