Pizza sauce is a savory, flavorful blend of herbs, spices, and tomatoes. Ingredients
28 oz can peeled San Marzano tomatoes
olive oil
oregano and any other spices you desire
Method
Add the tomatoes to a blender. Add a healthy pour of olive oil, couple tablespoons to 1/4 cup. Add 1/2 a tablespoon of oregano and puree until smooth.
No need to cook the sauce as it will cook on the pizza.
You can also freeze whatever sauce you don’t use.
