Ingredients
2 lbs hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz sour cream
2/3 cups butter. melted
1 medium onion, diced
Salt and pepper
Method
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9 x 15 x 2 pan with cooking spray.
Combine the hash browns, butter, soup, cheese, sour cream, and onion until well combined.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Spread into the greased pan.
Bake for 1 hour until the top is golden and bubbly.
