Ingredients

1 lb cherry tomatoes

1/2 dozen black cerignola olives or other black olives

3 1/2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons parsley

1 tsp minced garlic

salt and pepper

Method

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place in a bowl.

Cut the olives into strips away from the pits and add to the tomatoes.

Add the olive oil, garlic, parmesan, and parsley to the bowl. Salt and pepper to taste and toss till combined.

Cook and drain pasta and add it to the bowl at once and toss so pasta heats the sauce.

Serve with additional olive oil and parmesan.
