Sheet pan eggs are a delicious and easy way to make eggs for breakfast. They are quick to prepare, healthy and can be customized in a variety of ways to suit your tastes. Grease a baking sheet and spread a single layer of your favorite type of eggs (whole, whisked, or scrambles). Add any desired seasonings, such as salt and pepper, or herbs and spices. Then, add any desired vegetables, such as mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, or peppers. Finally, add any desired meats, such as bacon, ham, or sausage. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through and the vegetables and meats are lightly browned. Ingredients
12 large eggs
salt and pepper
1 tbsp cream
Note: Again. you can add anything to the eggs you wish to make them more like an omelet. Ham, sausage, bacon, peppers, onion, cheese, etc.
Method
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Grease a 13×18 sheet pan very well.
Add eggs and cream to a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste, and whisk until well combined.
Add any fillers, except cheese, if desired and whisk well.
Pour egg mixture onto the sheet pan.
Top with cheese if desired.
Bake until eggs are just set, about 12-15 minutes.
Serve plated, or cut into squares for egg sandwiches.
