Ingredients
2 lbs flank steak
Fajita marinade
4 bell peppers
1 large onion
Method
Prepare the fajita marinade as instructed on the package if using a dry mix.
Add flank steak and marinade into a large zip-lock bag and marinate 30 – 60 minutes, or overnight.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Slice peppers and onions into strips, removing all seeds from the peppers.
Spread peppers and onions onto a sheet pan.
