Ingredients
3 cups chopped ham
14 oz can butter beans, drained
14 oz can white beans, drained
8 cups low sodium chicken broth
15 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
3/4 onion, diced
3 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp thyme
salt and black pepper
1/4 parsley, chopped
