1/2 cup caramels, unwrapped
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Method
Add all of the ingredients to a slow cooker EXCEPT the sea salt.
Cook on low for 2 hours until the caramels and chocolate chips have completely melted which could take up to 30 more minutes. Stir the hot chocolate after 2 hours to check.
When ready to serve, add the fine sea salt and stir. You can leave out the salt if you prefer to have non-salted caramel hot chocolate.
