Ingredients
1 lb mixture of ground pork, veal, and beef
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1 small onion, finely diced
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1.2 tsp Italian seasoning
3/4 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes or crushed pepperoncini
2 eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Method
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine all ingredients and mix until evenly blended.
Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake until no longer pink, about 20 – 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite sauce.
