Ingredients

15 oz cannellini beans drained and rinsed

1/2 lb bacon, finely chopped

1 onion, diced

3 cloves minced garlic

3 dried red chilis

28 oz San Marzano tomatoes, chopped with juices

1 tbsp olive oil

1tsp oregano

1 tsp sage

Method
