Ingredients

1 15 oz can pumpkin

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup butter, melted

3 1 oz packages of vanilla instant pudding mix

1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups milk

8 oz whipped dessert topping, thawed

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and then press into the bottom of a 9×13 lasagna pan.

Bake for 10 minutes then let cool.

In a large mixing bowl combine the pumpkin, cream cheese, pudding mix, 1 tsp pumpkin spice, and the vanilla until smooth.

Spread mixture evenly over the crust.

in a medium bowl, mix together whipped topping and 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, and spread evenly over pumpkin layer.

Cover and refrigerate 6-8 hours before serving.
